Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients
- 6 (6-oz) salmon fillets
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp mirin
- 2 Tbsp dark sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp ginger paste
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat broiler. Place fish on a greased foil-lined baking sheet. Whisk together soy sauce, mirin, oil, honey, garlic, and ginger paste. Brush half of soy sauce mixture on fish.
- Broil 5 minutes; brush remaining soy sauce mixture on fish. Broil 5 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Sprinkle with onions.

- 1 (16-oz) pkg sugar snap peas
- 2 (8.5-oz) pouches basmati rice
- 1 Tbsp dark sesame oil
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook peas and rice according to package directions.
- Combine peas, oil, orange zest, ginger paste, salt, and pepper; toss.
