Key Lime Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 Tbsp Key lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp lime zest
  • ½ (8-oz) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (14.4-oz) pkg graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese at medium-high speed with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add sugar; beat well. Add vanilla, lime juice, and lime zest. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until well blended.
  2. Transfer dip to a bowl. Store, covered, in refrigerator until ready to serve.
  3. Break crackers into small sticks. Serve with dip.
