Key Lime Cheesecake Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz) block cream cheese
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp Key lime juice
- 1 Tbsp lime zest
- ½ (8-oz) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 (14.4-oz) pkg graham crackers
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese at medium-high speed with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add sugar; beat well. Add vanilla, lime juice, and lime zest. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until well blended.
- Transfer dip to a bowl. Store, covered, in refrigerator until ready to serve.
- Break crackers into small sticks. Serve with dip.
