Beefy Gyro Salad

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb top sirloin steak, trimmed and cubed
  • 1 tsp Greek seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in half
  • ½ English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Tzatziki Ranch yogurt dressing (Opa by Lighthouse)

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle steak with Greek seasoning. Cook steak in hot oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, 5 minutes or to desired doneness.
  2. Toss together lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and onion in a large bowl; divide among 2 plates.
  3. Top each serving with steak. Serve with Tzatziki dressing and Quick Pita Chips.

  • ½ (12-oz) pkg pita bread
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut each pita round into 6 triangles; place on a baking sheet and brush with oil.
  2. Bake pita 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp.
