Flank Steak with Creamy Horseradish Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 lb flank steak
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise 
  • 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sprinkle steak with paprika; lightly season with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill, covered, 6 to 7 minutes per side or to desired doneness; let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
  3. Stir together sour cream, horseradish, mayonnaise, and parsley. Serve sauce with steak.

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg steam-in-bag green beans
  • 3 Tbsp butter
  • 1 (32-oz) carton refrigerated mashed potatoes

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Steam beans according to package directions; toss with butter and salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Heat potatoes according to package directions.
