Flank Steak with Creamy Horseradish Sauce
Buttered Green Beans and Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- 2 lb flank steak
- 2 tsp paprika
- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 Tbsp prepared horseradish
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sprinkle steak with paprika; lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Grill, covered, 6 to 7 minutes per side or to desired doneness; let stand 10 minutes before slicing.
- Stir together sour cream, horseradish, mayonnaise, and parsley. Serve sauce with steak.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg steam-in-bag green beans
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 (32-oz) carton refrigerated mashed potatoes
Side Dish Instructions
- Steam beans according to package directions; toss with butter and salt and pepper to taste.
