Mediterranean Pizza

Mixed Greens with Melon

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp Greek seasoning
  • 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • ½ red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 (2.25-oz) can sliced black olives, drained
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in Greek seasoning.
  2. Unroll dough on a lightly greased baking sheet; brush with oil, and bake 5 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle dough with 1 cup mozzarella; top with beef, tomatoes, onion, olives, feta, and 1 cup mozzarella.
  4. Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with oregano.

  • 1 (10-oz) pkg mixed salad greens
  • ½ cantaloupe, cubed
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Toss together all ingredients just before serving.
