Mediterranean Pizza
Mixed Greens with MelonIngredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp Greek seasoning
- 1 (13.8-oz) can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 (2.25-oz) can sliced black olives, drained
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 3 Tbsp chopped fresh oregano
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet. Stir in Greek seasoning.
- Unroll dough on a lightly greased baking sheet; brush with oil, and bake 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle dough with 1 cup mozzarella; top with beef, tomatoes, onion, olives, feta, and 1 cup mozzarella.
- Bake 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with oregano.

- 1 (10-oz) pkg mixed salad greens
- ½ cantaloupe, cubed
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup balsamic vinaigrette
