Tropical Chocolate Bark

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips (such as Lily's or Hershey Kitchen)
- 3 Tbsp coconut oil
- ¼ cup salted macadamia nut halves
- ¼ cup toasted coconut chips (such as Bare Naked), broken into small pieces
- ½ tsp coarse or flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Combine chocolate chips and coconut oil in a heatproof bowl; microwave at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring well between each interval, until melted.
- Pour chocolate into a foil-lined 11 x 7-in baking dish lightly coated with cooking spray, using a spatula to smooth and evenly distribute.
- Sprinkle top of chocolate with nuts, coconut chips, and salt. Freeze 20 minute or until firm. Lift chocolate from pan using foil; break into small pieces.
- Store in refrigerator or freezer.
