Peach-Blueberry Smoothie Bowls

Ingredients
- ¼ cup chopped raw almonds
- 2½ cups frozen (thawed) sliced peaches (or use fresh)
- ¾ cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup raw honey
- 1½ cups crushed ice
- 1 (4.4-oz) pkg blueberries
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Toast nuts in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until fragrant.
- Coarsely chop all but 1 cup peach slices. Process chopped peaches, milk, lemon zest, lemon juice, honey, and ice in a blender until smooth, scraping sides as needed.
- Pour into 4 bowls; top with peach slices, blueberries, nuts, and chia seeds.
