Grilled Salmon Caesar Salad
Ingredients
- 1 (8-oz) salmon fillet
- 1 tsp olive oil
- ⅛ tsp pepper
- 1 romaine lettuce heart, chopped
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush salmon with oil; sprinkle with pepper. Grill 2 to 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork.
- Let cool 10 minutes; flake into pieces.
- Toss together lettuce, dressing, cheese, and salmon.
