Grilled Salmon Caesar Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-oz) salmon fillet
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ⅛ tsp pepper
  • 1 romaine lettuce heart, chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ⅓ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush salmon with oil; sprinkle with pepper. Grill 2 to 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes with a fork.
  2. Let cool 10 minutes; flake into pieces.
  3. Toss together lettuce, dressing, cheese, and salmon.
