Strawberry-Arugula Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (10-oz) pkg baby arugula
- 1 quart strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 avocados, diced
- ½ cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1 (4-oz) pkg gluten-free glazed pecan mix (such as Sahale, or use 1 cup pecan halves)
- ½ cup refrigerated gluten-free lemon vinaigrette
Instructions
- Toss together arugula, strawberries, and chicken in a large bowl. Sprinkle with avocado, cheese, and nuts; drizzle with vinaigrette.
