  • 1 quart strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 avocados, diced
  • ½ cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1 (4-oz) pkg gluten-free glazed pecan mix (such as Sahale, or use 1 cup pecan halves)
  • ½ cup refrigerated gluten-free lemon vinaigrette

Instructions

  1. Toss together arugula, strawberries, and chicken in a large bowl. Sprinkle with avocado, cheese, and nuts; drizzle with vinaigrette.
