Salsa Verde Chicken Sandwiches
Queso with Tortilla ChipsIngredients
- 1 cup salsa verde
- 1½ cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 to 3 hamburger buns, split and toasted
- ¼ cup sliced radishes
- 1 avocado, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Mexican crema (or use sour cream)
Instructions
- Stir together salsa verde and chicken in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, and microwave 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve on buns with radishes and avocado. Drizzle with crema before serving.

- ½ (11-oz) pkg tortilla chips
