Ingredients

  • 3 (6-oz) cans lump crab meat
  • 2 (8-oz) pkg softened cream cheese
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 6 green onions, chopped
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Mix well until everything is fully incorporated.
  3. Spray an 8x8 glass baking dish with cooking spray and transfer the mixture to the pan.
  4. Bake uncovered, for 30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  5. Serve immediately, or store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
