Crockpot Cauli Mac & Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup chicken bone broth
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg cream cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a crockpot. Turn the heat to low and cook for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  2. Serve warm, or store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
