Crockpot Cauli Mac & Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg cauliflower florets
- 1 cup chicken bone broth
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 3 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup butter
- 1 (8-oz) pkg cream cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a crockpot. Turn the heat to low and cook for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm, or store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
