Cheeseburger Pizza
Fresh Corn Salad
Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (11-oz) can refrigerated thin-crust pizza dough
- ⅓ cup barbecue sauce
- 1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1 Tbsp Ranch dressing
Instructions
- Cook beef and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain.
- Preheat oven to 450°F; coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Unroll pizza dough onto baking sheet, and press into a 15-x 10-inch rectangle; spread with barbecue sauce.
- Top with beef mixture, cheese, bacon, and tomatoes.
- Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted.
- Toss together lettuce and Ranch dressing in a bowl; top pizza with lettuce before serving.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 ears corn (or use 1 [8-oz] can corn)
- ½ red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- Pinch of sugar
Side Dish Instructions
- Cut kernels from cobs; discard cobs.
- Combine corn and remaining ingredients. Chill 2 to 4 hours.
