Cheeseburger Pizza

Ingredients

  • ¾ lb ground beef
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (11-oz) can refrigerated thin-crust pizza dough
  • ⅓ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 Tbsp Ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Cook beef and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain.
  2. Preheat oven to 450°F; coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Unroll pizza dough onto baking sheet, and press into a 15-x 10-inch rectangle; spread with barbecue sauce.
  4. Top with beef mixture, cheese, bacon, and tomatoes.
  5. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese is melted.
  6. Toss together lettuce and Ranch dressing in a bowl; top pizza with lettuce before serving.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 ears corn (or use 1 [8-oz] can corn)
  • ½ red bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • Pinch of sugar

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cut kernels from cobs; discard cobs.
  2. Combine corn and remaining ingredients. Chill 2 to 4 hours.
