Beef and Gravy over Egg Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg egg noodles
  • 1½ lb ground beef
  • 1 (14.5-oz) can beef broth
  • 1 (.87-oz) pkg brown gravy mix
  • 1 (8-oz) carton heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and keep warm.
  2. Cook beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
  3. Add broth, gravy mix, cream, and Worcestershire sauce to beef. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes, stirring often, until thickened; serve over pasta.

  • 2 Tbsp butter

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Steam green beans according to package directions; toss with butter, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
