Pepper-Garlic Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • 2 (1-lb) pork tenderloins, trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Rub pork with oil, and sprinkle with seasoning.
  2. Grill pork, covered, 8 to 10 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer inserted reads 145°F. Let stand 3 minutes before slicing.
