Grilled Teriyaki Salmon

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger paste (see Note; or use 1 tsp minced ginger)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 6 (6-oz) salmon fillets
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish or zip-top plastic bag. Add fish; turn to coat. Chill 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place fish on a grill rack coated with oil. Grill, covered, 6 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork, turning once.
