Grilled Barbecue Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 lb boneless pork loin chops
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 1 (18-oz) bottle barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Sprinkle pork all over with garlic salt and pepper. Grill pork, covered, 4 to 5 minutes per side or until browned.
  2. Brush with desired amount of sauce, and grill 2 to 3 minutes longer or until done. Serve with additional sauce.
