Mediterranean Burgers with Curry Ketchup
Seasoned Potato Wedges
Ingredients
- ¾ lb ground beef
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh mint
- ¼ tsp ground coriander
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ½ red onion, cut into ¼-inch-thick rings
- 2 hamburger buns
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- ¼ tsp curry powder
- ½ (5-oz) pkg crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Combine beef, cilantro, mint, coriander, and garlic powder in a bowl. Season mixture lightly with salt and pepper. Form mixture into 2 patties.
- Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Grill onion slices 2 to 3 minutes per side or until tender. Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute.
- Stir together ketchup and curry powder; spread on buns. Serve burgers on buns with onion and cheese.
