Spicy Turkey and Blue Cheese Pita Pockets

Ingredients

  • 1 (20-oz) pkg lean ground turkey
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 whole wheat pita bread rounds, halved
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 6 Tbsp crumbled reduced-fat blue cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until browned and crumbly. Stir in mustard, hot sauce, Worcestershire, and garlic; cook 15 seconds, stirring constantly.
  3. Stuff pita halves with spinach, turkey mixture, and cheese.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • ½ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing
  • 2 cucumbers, sliced
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Drizzle dressing over cucumbers; sprinkle with pepper.
