Spicy Turkey and Blue Cheese Pita Pockets
Ranch CucumbersIngredients
- 1 (20-oz) pkg lean ground turkey
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 6 whole wheat pita bread rounds, halved
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 6 Tbsp crumbled reduced-fat blue cheese
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat.
- Add turkey; cook 4 to 6 minutes or until browned and crumbly. Stir in mustard, hot sauce, Worcestershire, and garlic; cook 15 seconds, stirring constantly.
- Stuff pita halves with spinach, turkey mixture, and cheese.

- ½ cup refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing
- 2 cucumbers, sliced
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Drizzle dressing over cucumbers; sprinkle with pepper.
