One Dish Dinner
Teriyaki Ramen Noodle Bowls

Ingredients
- 3 (3-oz) pkg ramen noodles (any flavor)
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced (or use flank steak)
- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil, divided
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large broccoli crown, cut into small florets
- 1½ cups shredded carrots
- 1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
- 1⅓ cups teriyaki glaze
- 3 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions, omitting flavor packets.
- Meanwhile, sauté chicken in 2 Tbsp hot oil in a very large skillet or saucepan until done; remove from skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Add garlic, broccoli, carrots, and 1 Tbsp oil to skillet; sauté until tender. Stir in chicken, peas, and teriyaki glaze.
- Cook 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated; stir in noodles and sesame seeds. Serve in bowls.
