Watermelon-Lime Sorbet

Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed watermelon, frozen
- 1 (5.3-oz) carton vanilla Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- ¼ cup honey
- Fresh mint leaves
- Lime zest
Instructions
- Process all ingredients except mint and lime zest, in batches if needed, in a high-powered blender until thick and smooth.
- Pour into a 9- x 5-inch loaf pan or other freezable container. Freeze 4 to 6 hours.
- Thaw sorbet slightly; scoop into bowls. Garnish with mint and lime zest, if desired.
