Watermelon-Lime Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed watermelon, frozen
  • 1 (5.3-oz) carton vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • ¼ cup honey
  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Lime zest

Instructions

  1. Process all ingredients except mint and lime zest, in batches if needed, in a high-powered blender until thick and smooth.
  2. Pour into a 9- x 5-inch loaf pan or other freezable container. Freeze 4 to 6 hours.
  3. Thaw sorbet slightly; scoop into bowls. Garnish with mint and lime zest, if desired.
