Herbed Chicken Wings
Romaine with Caesar VinaigretteIngredients
- 2½ lb chicken wings
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 3 Tbsp canola oil, divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together chicken wings, oregano, rosemary, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
- Brown chicken, in batches, in 1½ Tbsp hot oil per batch in a large skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a large rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 3 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Side Dish Instructions
- Whisk together oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic until well blended.
- Drizzle dressing over lettuce in a bowl; toss. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
