Herbed Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • 2½ lb chicken wings
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 3 Tbsp canola oil, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss together chicken wings, oregano, rosemary, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a large bowl.
  2. Brown chicken, in batches, in 1½ Tbsp hot oil per batch in a large skillet over medium-high heat 2 minutes per side. Transfer to a large rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until chicken is done.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 3 Tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Whisk together oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper, and garlic until well blended.
  2. Drizzle dressing over lettuce in a bowl; toss. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
