Banana Bread Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1¼ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted
  • ½ (24-oz) bottle syrup

Instructions

  1. Stir together flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together bananas, buttermilk, and melted butter; add to flour mixture, stirring just until blended.
  3. Spray griddle or a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; preheat to medium heat. Pour about ¼ cup batter for each pancake onto griddle. Cook until tops are covered with bubbles; turn and cook other side. Serve with syrup.

  • ½ (9.6-oz) pkg pork sausage patties
  • ½ lb seedless grapes

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook sausage according to package directions.
  2. Serve grapes alongside sausage.
