Chicken-Bacon Stromboli

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-oz) pkg bacon, chopped
  • 2 (11-oz) cans refrigerated thin-crust pizza dough
  • ½ (8-oz) pkg chive-and-onion cream cheese, softened (or use plain cream cheese)
  • 3 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup Ranch dressing
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until browned and crisp; drain on paper towels.
  2. Unroll each pizza dough on a clean surface; spread cream cheese on each dough rectangle, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.
  3. Top each with chicken, cheese, and bacon; drizzle with dressing.
  4. Roll up each dough, starting at 1 long side, pinching ends to seal.
  5. Arrange rolls, seam side down, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush rolls with melted butter. Cut slits in top of rolls at 1-inch intervals to allow steam to escape.
  7. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve with additional Ranch dressing, if desired.

  • 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli florets
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 (10-oz) pkg matchstick-cut carrots
  • ½ (16-oz) bottle Ranch dressing

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook broccoli according to package directions in microwave. Transfer to a bowl; toss with butter. Sprinkle with desired amount of salt.
  2. Serve carrots with Ranch.
