Cinnamon-Raisin Nutty "Cereal"

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup raw pecans
  • ¼ cup ghee (clarified butter)
  • ¼ cup raw honey
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 2 cups almond milk

Instructions

  1. Process nuts in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
  2. Heat ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add honey; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until honey bubbles. Reduce heat to medium; add nuts, cinnamon, and salt. Cook 7 to 8 minutes or until nuts are golden. Stir in raisins.
  3. Pour mixture onto a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool. Serve with almond milk.

  • 2 apples
