Cinnamon-Raisin Nutty "Cereal"
Apple Slices
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup raw pecans
- ¼ cup ghee (clarified butter)
- ¼ cup raw honey
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup raisins
- 2 cups almond milk
Instructions
- Process nuts in a food processor until coarsely chopped.
- Heat ghee in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add honey; cook 1 to 2 minutes or until honey bubbles. Reduce heat to medium; add nuts, cinnamon, and salt. Cook 7 to 8 minutes or until nuts are golden. Stir in raisins.
- Pour mixture onto a rimmed baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool. Serve with almond milk.
