Baked Chicken Tenders with Honey Mustard

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ cup Dijon mustard
- ¼ cup raw honey
- 1 Tbsp avocado-oil mayonnaise (or use a homemade Paleo mayonnaise)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Drizzle chicken with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until done.
- Meanwhile, stir together mustard, honey, and mayonnaise. Serve chicken tenders with honey mustard for dipping.

- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup diced pineapple
Side Dish Instructions
- Combine fruit in a large bowl. Chill until ready to serve.
