Smoky Grilled Flank Steak
Ingredients
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ¾ tsp salt
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ¼ cup avocado oil (or use olive oil)
- 3 Tbsp minced garlic
- 2 lb flank steak
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Stir together paprika, salt, cumin, cayenne pepper, oil, and garlic. Rub steak with spice mixture.
- Grill steak, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before thinly slicing across the grain.
