Sriracha-and-Honey-Glazed Shrimp Bowls

Ingredients
- 2 lb peeled and deveined, large raw shrimp
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 3 (10-oz) pkg frozen Asian-style quinoa
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Sprinkle shrimp with salt and pepper. Cook shrimp in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 1 to 2 minutes or until just beginning to turn pink.
- Stir together honey, Sriracha, and sesame seeds; add to skillet, and cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring until sauce is thickened and bubbly and shrimp turns pink.
- Meanwhile, cook quinoa according to package directions. Spoon quinoa mixture into 6 bowls; top with shrimp and cilantro.
