Quick and Easy Bang Bang Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 3 (12-oz) pkg frozen breaded popcorn shrimp
  • ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 3 cups shredded leaf lettuce
  • 3 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Bake or fry shrimp according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, stir together chili sauce, mayonnaise, Sriracha and honey in a large bowl. Add shrimp; toss.
  3. Arrange lettuce on a platter; top with shrimp, and sprinkle with onions.
