Quick and Easy Bang Bang Shrimp
Ingredients
- 3 (12-oz) pkg frozen breaded popcorn shrimp
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 3 cups shredded leaf lettuce
- 3 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Bake or fry shrimp according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, stir together chili sauce, mayonnaise, Sriracha and honey in a large bowl. Add shrimp; toss.
- Arrange lettuce on a platter; top with shrimp, and sprinkle with onions.
