Spicy Hot Broccoli and Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
- 2 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 (12-oz) pkg broccoli and cauliflower florets
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F; stir together Sriracha, soy sauce, oil, and garlic.
- Arrange broccoli and cauliflower on a lightly greased foil-lined rimmed baking sheet; drizzle with Sriracha mixture, and toss.
- Bake 12 minutes, turning once, or until broccoli and cauliflower are browned and tender.
