Sriracha Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • ½ tsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Place eggs in a small saucepan; add water to cover. Bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 15 minutes.
  2. Drain and run cold water over eggs. Peel eggs, and cut in half. Remove egg yolks.
  3. Combine yolks, mayonnaise, hot sauce, and soy sauce in a small bowl; stir until smooth.
  4. Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion. Chill until ready to serve, or up to 24 hours.
