Sriracha Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 3 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce
- ½ tsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Place eggs in a small saucepan; add water to cover. Bring to a rolling boil. Remove from heat; let stand, covered, 15 minutes.
- Drain and run cold water over eggs. Peel eggs, and cut in half. Remove egg yolks.
- Combine yolks, mayonnaise, hot sauce, and soy sauce in a small bowl; stir until smooth.
- Spoon yolk mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion. Chill until ready to serve, or up to 24 hours.
