Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1½ cups frozen seasoning blend (diced onion, bell peppers and celery)
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (10.75-oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- ½ tsp granulated garlic
- 1 (10.2-oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- Combine vegetables and seasoning blend in a 4-quart slow cooker. Top with chicken.
- Whisk together soup, 2 Tbsp water, poultry seasoning and garlic in a bowl; pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours or until chicken is done.
- Bake biscuits according to package directions.
- Divide biscuits between individual serving plates; top with chicken mixture.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1 (5-oz) pkg chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 small cucumber, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup refrigerated garlic Parmesan Italian vinaigrette (such as Marie's)

- Toss together all ingredients just before serving.
