Hot Italian Sandwiches

Roasted Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg bacon
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 (6-count) pkg hoagie rolls, split
  • 8 oz thin deli-sliced salami
  • 8 oz thin deli-sliced ham
  • 1 (5-oz) pkg pepperoni
  • 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded Italian-blend cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup drained, sliced peperoncini peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towels.
  2. Stir together butter and Italian seasoning; spread on cut sides of rolls.
  3. Arrange bacon, salami, ham, pepperoni, cheeses, and peppers in rolls; place sandwiches, cut sides up, in a greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake 15 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted.
