Mediterranean Tuna Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- 6 oz whole-grain penne pasta
- 1 (11-oz) pkg chunk light tuna in water, drained
- ⅓ cup pitted kalamata olives, halved
- 2 Tbsp capers
- ¼ cup chopped red onion
- ¼ cup sliced fresh basil
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Combine pasta, tuna, olives, capers, onion, and basil in large bowl.
- Whisk together lemon juice, oil, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Pour over pasta, stirring to coat.
