Sirloin Steak with Mustard Aioli

Ingredients
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ¾ lb boneless top sirloin steak
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ½ lemon, cut into 3 wedges
Instructions
- Preheat grill or a grill pan coated with cooking spray to medium-high heat.
- Stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, and garlic. Sprinkle both sides of steak with salt and pepper.
- Grill steak, covered with grill lid, 4 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
- Squeeze lemon juice over steak. Serve with aioli.

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 large carrot, cut into ½-inch-thick sticks
- 2 Tbsp low-sodium chicken broth
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute or until tender. Add green beans, carrot, and broth; bring to a boil.
- Cover; reduce heat, and simmer 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp-tender. Season with salt and pepper.
