Sirloin Steak with Mustard Aioli

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¾ lb boneless top sirloin steak
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ½ lemon, cut into 3 wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or a grill pan coated with cooking spray to medium-high heat.
  2. Stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, and garlic. Sprinkle both sides of steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill steak, covered with grill lid, 4 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
  4. Squeeze lemon juice over steak. Serve with aioli.

  • ½ Tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ lb green beans, trimmed
  • 1 large carrot, cut into ½-inch-thick sticks
  • 2 Tbsp low-sodium chicken broth
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ⅛ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet. Add garlic; sauté 1 minute or until tender. Add green beans, carrot, and broth; bring to a boil.
  2. Cover; reduce heat, and simmer 5 to 6 minutes or until crisp-tender. Season with salt and pepper.
