Spinach Dip Burgers
Black Pepper Potato Chips
Ingredients
- 2 lb ground beef
- 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese
- 6 hamburger buns, split
- 1 (16-oz) container refrigerated spinach dip
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 6 leaves Boston lettuce
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Stir together beef and seasoning. Shape mixture into 6 patties. Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink in centers.
- Top each patty with 1 slice cheese; grill 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute.
- Spread dip on buns. Serve burgers on buns with tomatoes and lettuce.

- 1 (8.5-oz) pkg kettle-cooked potato chips
- 1 tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange chips on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 5 to 6 minutes or until chips are shiny. Sprinkle with pepper.
