Spinach Dip Burgers

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 6 hamburger buns, split
  • 1 (16-oz) container refrigerated spinach dip
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 6 leaves Boston lettuce

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Stir together beef and seasoning. Shape mixture into 6 patties. Grill patties, covered, 5 to 6 minutes per side or until no longer pink in centers.
  2. Top each patty with 1 slice cheese; grill 1 minute or until cheese is melted. Grill buns, cut sides down, 1 minute.
  3. Spread dip on buns. Serve burgers on buns with tomatoes and lettuce.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 1 (8.5-oz) pkg kettle-cooked potato chips
  • 1 tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange chips on a rimmed baking sheet. Bake 5 to 6 minutes or until chips are shiny. Sprinkle with pepper.
