Peanut Butter, Banana and Cherry Graham-Wiches

Ingredients

  • 8 sheets graham crackers
  • ½ cup peanut butter (or use almond butter)
  • ¼ cup dried cherries (or use dried cranberries)
  • 1 small banana, sliced

Instructions

  1. Break each graham cracker in half to make 16 squares. Spread 1 Tbsp peanut butter over each square.
  2. Sprinkle 8 squares with dried cherries and top with banana slices; cover with remaining 8 squares. Press graham squares together to make sandwiches.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 4 carrots
  • 4 stalks celery 

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cut carrots and celery into sticks; serve with graham-wiches.
