Skillet Cheesy Shells and Beef
Mixed Green Salad
Ingredients
- 12 oz shell pasta
- 1½ lb ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 (15-oz) can tomato sauce
- 1 (8-oz) carton sour cream
- 1 (8-oz) pkg shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Meanwhile, cook beef and onion in a large skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly; drain and return to skillet.
- Add flour and seasoning; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes. Gradually add broth and tomato sauce; bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes or until mixture is thickened. Stir in sour cream and pasta. Stir in cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

- 2 (12-oz) pkg classic salad mix
- 1 pint grape tomatoes
- ½ cup Ranch dressing
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss salad mix with tomatoes and dressing just before serving.
