Steak and Blue Cheese Naan Pizzas

Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp balsamic reduction (such as Alessi; or use balsamic glaze)
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1½ lb flank steak
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
- 1¼ cups crumbled blue cheese
- 6 naan bread
- 2 cups arugula
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Whisk together balsamic reduction and honey; set aside.
- Brush steak with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Remove from grill, and let stand 10 minutes. Cut into ¼-inch-thick slices.
- Sprinkle cheese on naan. Place naan on hot grill; grill, covered, just until cheese melts, about 1 minute. Top with steak and arugula; drizzle with balsamic reduction.
