Steak and Blue Cheese Naan Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp balsamic reduction (such as Alessi; or use balsamic glaze)
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1½ lb flank steak
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1¼ cups crumbled blue cheese
  • 6 naan bread
  • 2 cups arugula

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Whisk together balsamic reduction and honey; set aside.
  2. Brush steak with oil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. Remove from grill, and let stand 10 minutes. Cut into ¼-inch-thick slices.
  3. Sprinkle cheese on naan. Place naan on hot grill; grill, covered, just until cheese melts, about 1 minute. Top with steak and arugula; drizzle with balsamic reduction.
