Turkey Club Sandwich with Honey Mustard
Fresh Cherries
Ingredients
- 8 slices center-cut bacon
- ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 8 (1-oz) slices whole-grain sandwich bread
- 4 romaine lettuce leaves, cut in half
- ½ lb deli-sliced low-sodium roasted turkey
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Microwave 4 slices bacon on a paper towel-lined plate at HIGH 1½ to 2 minutes or until crisp. Repeat with remaining bacon.
- Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, mustard, and honey; spread over one side of each bread slice.
- Layer lettuce, turkey, bacon, and tomato on 4 bread slices; cover with remaining bread.
