Turkey Club Sandwich with Honey Mustard

Ingredients

  • 8 slices center-cut bacon
  • ¼ cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 8 (1-oz) slices whole-grain sandwich bread
  • 4 romaine lettuce leaves, cut in half
  • ½ lb deli-sliced low-sodium roasted turkey
  • 1 tomato, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Microwave 4 slices bacon on a paper towel-lined plate at HIGH 1½ to 2 minutes or until crisp. Repeat with remaining bacon.
  2. Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise, mustard, and honey; spread over one side of each bread slice.
  3. Layer lettuce, turkey, bacon, and tomato on 4 bread slices; cover with remaining bread.
