Ingredients
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup mustard
- 1 (16-oz) loaf French bread, halved lengthwise
- 1 lb thin deli-sliced roasted pork
- 1 lb thin deli-sliced ham
- 2 cups dill pickle chips
- 1 (16-oz) pkg tricolor coleslaw
- 1 (8-oz) pkg sliced Swiss cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on cut sides of bread. Top bottom half of loaf with pork, ham, pickles, coleslaw, and cheese; cover with bread top.
- Wrap sandwich in foil, and bake 15 to 20 minutes or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted. Slice to serve.
