Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen seasoning blend (diced onion, bell peppers and celery)
  • 2½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 (10.75-oz) cans cream of chicken soup
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 (16.3-oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Combine vegetables and seasoning blend in a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker. Top with chicken.
  2. Whisk together soup, ¼ cup water, poultry seasoning, and garlic salt in a bowl; pour over chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours or until chicken is done; using 2 forks, shred chicken.
  4. Bake biscuits according to package directions.
  5. Divide chicken mixture among individual plates; top with biscuits.
