Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie
Ingredients
- 1 (16-oz) pkg frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 (12-oz) pkg frozen seasoning blend (diced onion, bell peppers and celery)
- 2½ lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 (10.75-oz) cans cream of chicken soup
- ¼ cup water
- 2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 (16.3-oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- Combine vegetables and seasoning blend in a 5- to 7-quart slow cooker. Top with chicken.
- Whisk together soup, ¼ cup water, poultry seasoning, and garlic salt in a bowl; pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook on LOW 7 to 8 hours or until chicken is done; using 2 forks, shred chicken.
- Bake biscuits according to package directions.
- Divide chicken mixture among individual plates; top with biscuits.
