Buffalo Chicken Wraps
Celery-Apple SlawIngredients
- 6 frozen breaded chicken tenderloins
- 2 or 3 burrito-size flour tortillas
- ¼ cup Buffalo sauce
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- ½ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 Tbsp Ranch dressing
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
Instructions
- Bake chicken according to package directions.
- Heat tortillas according to package directions.
- Combine Buffalo sauce and butter in a bowl. Dip chicken in sauce mixture; place in warm tortillas, and top with cheese, dressing, tomato, and lettuce. Roll up, and cut in half.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 2 stalks celery, thinly sliced
- 1 apple (preferably a sweet, crisp variety), chopped
- 1½ Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp white vinegar
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together all ingredients just before serving.
