Ingredients

  • 1 (14-oz) pkg smoked sausage, cut into ½-inch pieces
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried crushed rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 (1-lb) pkg frozen peeled, large raw shrimp, thawed and patted dry
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 5 minutes or until browned.
  2. Add onion, garlic, rosemary, and thyme; cook 8 minutes, stirring often. Add shrimp, lemon zest and juice.
  3. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.

Side Dish Ingredients

  • 2 (10-oz) pkg cauliflower florets
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 (8-oz) carton cream cheese with chives
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • ½ tsp kosher salt

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Microwave cauliflower and water, covered, in a large microwave-safe dish at HIGH 8 minutes or until tender; drain.
  2. Pulse cauliflower, cream cheese, butter, garlic, and salt in a food processor until desired consistency.
