Sage Butter Chicken
Cheesy Broccoli PilafIngredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1½ lb chicken tenderloins
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh sage
Instructions
- Stir together flour, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish. Dredge chicken in flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Cook chicken, in batches, in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 3 to 4 minutes or until browned; remove from skillet.
- Add broth to skillet; bring to a boil over medium heat, scraping pan to loosen browned bits. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until liquid is reduced by half.
- Remove from heat; stir in butter and sage. Spoon sauce over chicken.

- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 2 (10-oz) pkg frozen riced broccoli (such as Green Giant)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp butter
- ¾ cup shredded Gouda cheese (or use Cheddar)
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook onion in hot oil in a large skillet over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes or until tender.
- Stir in broccoli, salt, and pepper. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until tender.
- Stir in butter and cheese; reduce heat and cook 2 minutes until cheese melts.
