Steak-Swiss Chard Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 (1½-lb) flank steak
- ½ tsp salt, divided
- ½ tsp pepper, divided
- 3 limes
- 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ jalapeño pepper, finely chopped (see Note)
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro, divided
- ½ small head red cabbage, sliced thinly
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced thinly
- 1 (4-oz) pkg crumbled feta cheese
- 18 Swiss chard leaves, tough stems removed
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Sprinkle steak with ¼ tsp each salt and pepper. Grill, covered, 5 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing across the grain.
- Meanwhile, grate zest and squeeze juice from limes. Whisk together lime zest, lime juice, oil, honey, jalapeño, 2 Tbsp cilantro, and ¼ tsp each salt and pepper. Drizzle over steak.
- Serve steak, cabbage, bell pepper, cheese, and 2 Tbsp cilantro in Swiss chard leaves.
