Tuna Steaks with Garlic-Chive Sauce
Lemon-Dill Broccoli Slaw
Ingredients
- 6 (6-oz) tuna steaks
- 1¼ tsp kosher salt, divided
- 2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp honey
- ⅓ cup olive-oil mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Sprinkle fish with 1 tsp salt. Combine vinegar, oil, and honey.
- Grill fish, covered, 2 minutes per side or to desired doneness, basting with vinegar mixture.
- Combine mayonnaise, chives, lemon juice, garlic, and ¼ tsp salt. Serve fish with sauce.

- ¼ cup chopped sweet onion
- ¼ cup chopped fresh dill
- 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ½ tsp salt

- 1 (16-oz) pkg broccoli slaw
- ¼ cup pine nuts, toasted
Side Dish Instructions
- Grate zest and squeeze juice from lemons into a large bowl. Whisk in mayonnaise, onion, dill, oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Add slaw; toss. Sprinkle with nuts.
