Garlicky Baby Bok ChoyIngredients
- 6 oz bucatini pasta
- 1½ lb ground pork
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- ⅓ cup natural creamy peanut butter
- 3 Tbsp refrigerated sesame-ginger dressing (such as Marie's)
- ½ tsp Chinese five-spice powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp fried chili oil (see Note)
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, cook pork and garlic in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until pork is browned and crumbly.
- Whisk together peanut butter, dressing, five-spice powder, and salt. Stir into pork; cook 1 to 2 minutes. Serve pork mixture over pasta; top with onions and chili oil.
Side Dish Ingredients
- 1½ lb heads baby bok choy, halved lengthwise
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp dark sesame oil
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp pepper
Side Dish Instructions
- Cook bok choy and garlic in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until just tender; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
