Ingredients

  • 6 oz bucatini pasta
  • 1½ lb ground pork
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • ⅓ cup natural creamy peanut butter
  • 3 Tbsp refrigerated sesame-ginger dressing (such as Marie's)
  • ½ tsp Chinese five-spice powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fried chili oil (see Note)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Meanwhile, cook pork and garlic in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat until pork is browned and crumbly.
  3. Whisk together peanut butter, dressing, five-spice powder, and salt. Stir into pork; cook 1 to 2 minutes. Serve pork mixture over pasta; top with onions and chili oil.

  • 1½ lb heads baby bok choy, halved lengthwise
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp dark sesame oil
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Side Dish Instructions

  1. Cook bok choy and garlic in hot oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat 6 minutes or until just tender; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
