Mango-Yogurt Pops

Ingredients

  • 2 mangoes, diced
  • 4 Tbsp honey, divided
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup 2% reduced-fat plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Process mangoes in a blender until puréed. Stir in 1 Tbsp honey.
  2. Stir together 3 Tbsp honey, vanilla, and yogurt. Layer mango mixture and yogurt in 1 (6-count) pop mold or 6 paper cups. Freeze 30 minutes.
  3. Insert pop sticks. Freeze 4 to 6 hours or until firm. Dip pop mold in warm water 30 seconds to loosen mold before serving.
