Southwestern Turkey Pinwheels
Pineapple Salad with Lime
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp refrigerated yogurt Ranch dressing
- 2 Tbsp refrigerated salsa
- 4 soft taco-size whole wheat tortillas
- ½ lb thin deli-sliced low-sodium roasted turkey
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cup shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Combine dressing and salsa.
- Top each tortilla with turkey, avocado, and cheese. Drizzle with dressing. Roll up tortillas, and cut into 2-inch slices.

- 2 cups cubed pineapple
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
Side Dish Instructions
- Toss together pineapple and lime juice. Chill until ready to serve.
